[request-tracker-maintainers] Upload of 4.0.6 to backports

Hi all!

I just installed the backport of RT on my box for a minor project, thanks a 
lot for these packages!

I just noticed that 4.0.6 is a security upgrade
http://blog.bestpractical.com/2012/05/security-vulnerabilities-in-rt.html
and that it is already in Wheezy, so I was wondering if you could be 
bothered to upload that version to backports?
