Yes. You're right that the spam hit on this list is quite bad these
days compared to legitimate traffic. Whilst we would like to have any
mail allowed in, as is normal for Debian lists, this has to be balanced
against inconveniencing list members. I've now changed the list
configuration to moderate first-time non-member postings.
