[request-tracker-maintainers] RT 4.2 Packages

Dominic,

How are things coming with the 4.2 packages in experimental?  Do you think
they will be moved into testing anytime soon?  Let me know if you need more
people to test them first, if you think they're close to ready I could
probably just install them from experimental and give some feedback.
