Hi,

I couldn't reproduce this manually on a system; the prerm contains the
correct snippets from dh_usrlocal which correctly remove the empty
directories in /usr/local/share/request-tracker4.

also doesn't show this up.

Could you let me know if you've still able to reproduce this, and if
so how?
