[request-tracker-maintainers] RT::Extension::LDAPImport

I'd like install the LDAPImport RT extension[1] on my Debian Stable
server. I haven't built a Debian package before, but I've built a fair
bit of RPMs[2] and would love to help if I can.

Please let me know what I can do to help make LDAPImport installable
in Debian Stable.
