I've run an svn to git migration on the first two and the results are
in

https://salsa.debian.org/request-tracker-team/request-tracker3.6

I didn't migrate the 3.8 svn repository as the mainline part of that
is already in the request-tracker4 git. The request-tracker3.6 migration
was very straightforward; the request-tracker3.4 was too although it
wasn't so clean and I removed the upstream "branch" which contained
multiple versioned upstream releases - they weren't interesting from a
historical point of view and doesn't match a standard layout.
