[request-tracker-maintainers] Alioth move and the old SVN history

Hi,

it would be nice to save the old SVN history in

 svn://anonscm.debian.org/svn/pkg-request-tracker/packages/request-tracker3.4
 svn://anonscm.debian.org/svn/pkg-request-tracker/packages/request-tracker3.6
 svn://anonscm.debian.org/svn/pkg-request-tracker/packages/request-tracker3.8

before alioth goes away, ideally by converting it to git and maybe merging
it to request-tracker4.git somehow. I suppose even just running a plain
'git svn clone' on those would be much better than nothing.

I'll try to look into this at some point but I'm very happy if someone
else wants to tackle it :)
