Hi Dominic,

Yes, those repos on Salsa worked, thank you.

Can you please also create rt-extension-mergeusers ?

Tonight I carried out an audit of some accounts in our RT install and
found many duplicates where folks have used different email addresses.
To fix this, I've packaged up rt-extension-mergeusers and I'll try it
out tomorrow, If all goes well I'll push the repo.
