[request-tracker-maintainers] RT 5.0

Hey,

libpath-dispatcher-perl has now been uploaded to the NEW queue for
unstable. Hopefully it'll make its way to unstable soon.

I was wondering if we should build RT 5.0 and upload it to
experimental.

Thoughts?
