[request-tracker-maintainers] RT 5.0.1

Hey,

Just a heads up, yesterday I spent sometime working on updating
request-tracker5 to RT 5.0.1. I'm currently working on an intermittent
test failure[0]. Once that is resolved and I've tested out the .debs
I'll push my local branches.

I've found an incorrectly attributed file from BPS in the third party
source file. I've raised a bug with BPS on this, should I also raise a
bug in the BTS?

Oh, and Dominic, I think you've forgotten to push the pristine-tar
branch for the 5.0.0+dfsg orig tarballs.

[0] The test suite is rather slow for me, I really need to put some
SSDs into the machine I'm doing builds on!
