Thanks for raising this. I imagine it's better for everyone if gnupg1
doesn't get shipped in bullseye. Let's try to make this happen.

Andrew: I think that this just means replicating the changes you made
in RT5 to drop the gpg1 patches and update the dependency? Do you foresee
any issues with this?
