[request-tracker-maintainers] RT 4.4.6 and 5.0.3 to unstable

Hey,

I have RT 4.4.6 ready to upload to unstable, does anyone want to
eyeball it before I do?

I've tested an upgrade from 4.4.5 and a fresh install. Using all of
SQLite, MySQL and PostgreSQL.

With 5.0.3, this bumps the dependency on DBIx::SearchBuilder to 1.71.
While this is in both Bookworm and Sid, it isn't in Bullseye. I'm quite
keen to switch to 5.0 at work, so will personally need a package that
works on Bullseye. I don't see any need to upload that to bullseye-
backports unless someone explicitly requests it. With this in mind
I'm going to build a security patched 5.0.2

Then I'll build and upload 5.0.3 for Sid.
