Hey,

While I was working on removing RT4, I started to think ahead to RT6 for
when it is released. I've reviewed the new dependencies, only
Hash::Merge::Extra is added. I've packaged this, and gregor reviewed and
uploaded it. Currently setting in NEW.

With that package installed I was able to start the tip of the master
branch, which has the changes for RT6 in it, and it starts up okay and
things appear to work.

I haven't done any work on packaging it yet.
