Yup, a fix was committed just after 0.19 was released, but I expect didn't
warrant cutting a brown paper bag release. See:

I was waiting for a CVE to be registered for https://bugs.debian.org/1104789
which I spotted yesterday had been done, so I've updated debian/changelog for
0.18-5 to include the CVE and uploaded 0.19-1.
