[request-tracker-maintainers] Bug#1129090: request-tracker5: ckeditor4 without correct version, fix for trixie

As yet there is no fixed package for trixie. My workaround:

I downloaded the DEB file for version 5.0.9+dfsg-3, extracted the file

  /usr/share/request-tracker5/static/RichText/ckeditor.min.js

and used it to replace the file in the trixie installation, then
restarted Apache: voila, issue fixed.

Hoping this may help others.
