Hi!
This aspect is handled by dbconfig-common. If you run "dpkg-reconfigure
-plow roundcube-core", you will see a question asking for the host where
the database is. The question is not displayed on normal priority
because it is assumed that most users will use a local database.
If you do not agree with such an assumption, please reassign the bug to
dbconfig-common. Otherwise, if you think that your bug is handled,
please close it.
