Upgrade from 0.3.1-3 to 0.3.1-4 override setting inside /usr/share/roundcube/.htaccess

i.e. I usally change these values:

php_value       upload_max_filesize     15M
php_value       post_max_size           15M
php_value       memory_limit            128M

Package rest them to:

php_value       upload_max_filesize     5M
php_value       post_max_size           6M
php_value       memory_limit            64M

I suppose roundcube-core.conffiles within line

/usr/share/roundcube/.htaccess

causes debconf ask before overwrite file
