I add my answer:

I will use 0.4.1 version if uploaded in experimental too ;-)

I am very interested to roundcube project. Some weeks ago I tested
php-mail-mime package for new maintainer,
I also support the suggestion to add a roundcube-plugins package (at
least for main and stable plugins).
