[Pkg-roundcube-maintainers] Bug#612552: roundcube-core.postinst unnecessarily changes ownership of /var/lib/roundcube/skins to www-data:adm

 chown www-data:adm /var/lib/roundcube/skins

It's not clear why this directory needs this ownership.

I recommend leaving these directories owned as root:root
