[Pkg-roundcube-maintainers] Bug#550454: Please add a roundcube-plugins package

I  have  uploaded  new   roundcube  packages  with  a  roundcube-plugins
package. Since there is a new  package, the result is now sitting in the
NEW queue and it  will take some time to go to  unstable since the queue
is huge.
