[Pkg-roundcube-maintainers] Bug#613586: roundcube: Missing tables and columns after upgrade

After upgrading from version 0.3.1-6 to 0.5.1-1 at least 1 table (contactgroups) 
and one column (changed in identities) is missing. This causes certain
functionality to no longer work. Including updating identities and auto complete of
addresses when composing a message.

I am using a mysql backend which is auto configured through db-config.
