thanks ... that was it ...
i just make mysqldump with --no-create-info --no-create-db 
--skip-add-drop-table, then remove completly roundcube 0.3.1-6, drop db 
, drop user, install 0.3.1-6 again and import only values from sql dump.
and finaly upgrade to 0.5-2 works without error
