Yes it is intented, because we want be able to work with the alpha/beta/rc
releases. Yes normaly only stable releases will enter unstable, but so far we
can't tell uscan that :(
but what you can do is just update the d/changelog with the current version
and than use uscan --download-current-version to get the correct version.
I've done that and uploaded it - Fell free to make it ready for upload. Me is
AFAIK for the rest of the day.
