[Pkg-roundcube-maintainers] Debian files relicensing

Hey,

I would like relicensing the debian files from GPL-2 to something like GPL-2+ 
or GPL-3+. Upstream has at the current time GPL-3+ so all patches created for 
debian are incompatible to the roundcube license and they can't be exchanged 
with upstream [0]. The current copyright holders for the debian dir are 
listed:

2007-2011, Vincent Bernat <bernat at debian.org>
2007-2011, Romain Beauxis <toots at rastageeks.org>

but at least the following have touched the git repo:
Jérémy Bobbio <lunar at debian.org>
Vincent Bernat <vincent at bernat.im>
Richard Laager <rlaager at wiktel.com>

What are your thoughts about relicensing?
