[Pkg-roundcube-maintainers] Bug#884992: roundcube-plugins: No documentation to enable plugins

Dear Maintainer,

I can not locate any documentation on how to enable the plugins in the roundcube-plugins or the roundcube-plugins-extra packages.
Documentation from upstream and elsewhere on the web is extremely inconsitent and does not match the configuration of the Debian packages.
