this is quite strange, Net_IDNA2 is not needed with a recent version of php. I 
think you are running an older version of php than 5.3. Php > 5.3 should have 
the function idn_to_ascii and should not try to create the function in first 
place. So please make sure, that you have a uptodate version of php running.
