[Pkg-roundcube-maintainers] Bug#843356: works using gnupg from buster

jus did some apt pinning to install gnupg from buster ... with the stuff
above ( hack missing require + pecl install crypt stuff ect. ) it
finally works. So I'd say fixing the roundcube part is kinda easy, next
step would be hinting to either use apt pinning to install the php crypt
package from buster or pecl and fix the stretch gnupg package in stretch.
