[Pkg-roundcube-maintainers] Debian 9 - Roundcube problem

Hallo.
Today, I install Rounducbe webmail on to my Debian system by apt install roundcube roundcube-mysql roundcube-plugins roundcube-plugins-extra

Now, I must do this…
ln -s /usr/share/roundcube/installer/ /var/lib/roundcube/ …because this is default for RoundCube on Debian. Why ?

And my problem…
When I am going to https://my.domain.com/installer/ I cannot generate config - config is not generating and cannot download generated config.inc.php.
What may be wrong ?

My vhost config file have document root pointed to /var/lib/roundcube
