[Pkg-roundcube-maintainers] Bug#997809: roundcube: Delay migration into testing

Given the large changelog it's probably best to let 1.5 mature in
unstable and delay its entry into testing by a week or so.

With the DEP8 tests urgency=medium means migration after only 2 days
which is definitely too short here.  Meant to upload -2 with
urgency=low, my bad for not changing the default.
