[rrdtool-maint] Bug#879516: rrdtool: Mailing list rejects mail from debian BTS

I added multipart/signed to the list of authorized content-types at
https://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/admin/pkg-rrdtool-maint/contentfilter

Previous (default) content types were only:
multipart/mixed
multipart/alternative
text/plain

That should do the trick.
