[Pkg-ruby-extras-maintainers] rcairo -- Cairo bindings for Ruby

Hello all,

recently I filed an ITP bug for rcairo, the Cairo bindings for Ruby, and
after preparing a package and asking for a sponsor, was pointed to the
pkg-ruby-extras group on Alioth. I think this sort of group maintenance
definitely has big advantages, and I would love to join the team.

I have preliminary packages here[0]. I also have an Alioth account already
(beatle-guest).
