Hmm, there seems to be a considerable overlap between Cmd, CmdParse and
Commandline.  What are we going to do about that?

I won't have any time either soon.  I suggest we drop the requirement for
this to be updated before the 0.4 release.

Also, I had a (maybe silly) idea, but... Since policy _suggests_ to add
a debian/watch file, can't we _require_ that is in our source package
so that our deb-ruby-sources tool can parse that and get the source?
