[Pkg-ruby-extras-maintainers] Subversion merge, new packages

Hi all!

I have merged my complete local Subversion tree with the one on 
svn.debian.org.  I did a backup, so if stuff is screwed up, just let me
know.

This results in the following packages being new in Subversion:
libbreakpoint-ruby, libdbus-ruby, libfacets-ruby and libsvg-ruby.
I plan to add hobix and libdaemonize-ruby soon.

Note that these packages are not finished yet and thus IMO not ready
for upload, all have some minor issues.  
Since I will get very busy soon I just uploaded it so we can all take
care of it.  I've put my ToDo items on the Wiki:

(Please help keeping it up-to-date?  Any items for liblocale-ruby,
libxml-ruby and libxslt-ruby?)

I would also like to ask you all to think about documentation generation.
That's what I still miss in this whole Debian/Ruby story.  Please
