So ehm.. this package has a brand new setup.rb (the nice one, with
--installdirs=vendor/site/home) and I have such a simple CDBS/r-p-t
debian/rules. HOWEVER... it installs the app in /usr/bin, but the libs
in /usr/local/lib... how can this be?
