Hmm... I don't think they care all that much about _version numbers_. I
guess the idea is not breaking anything with upstream versions (even if they
supposedly only have bug fixes).
But, if the changes are small enough, I guess the release managers will
let them in. Anyway, please ask them before uploading anything. That was what
I wanted to say in the previous message, sorry. I didn't want to ban you from
doing anything, just wanted you to ask before uploading :-S
