[Pkg-ruby-extras-maintainers] RFH: libfacets-ruby's debian/copyright

Hey all,

As some of you might or might not know there is an issue with the
licence/copyright of the libfacets-ruby package.  The issue is
described in this mail:  [1].

The thing is, constructing the debian/copyright for this package will be
a lot of work.  I was wondering if someone has ideas for this or could
assist me with it.

This package is the last of the depends of libruby-extras to go into
sid. Once this package is in, we can fulfill our first goal[2].
