[Pkg-ruby-extras-maintainers] proposal: move human interaction to other list

Hi there,

I've been felling kind of difficult to follow this list, mainly (I
think) because of getting svn commits, installer notifications and (in a
near future) BTS messages, all this together with human interaction, in
the same list.

I think that as the team and the work grow, this will bet yet more
difficult. So I propose we move human interaction to another place. We
could discuss stuff on debian-ruby mailing list and keep the -maintainer
list for automatic stuff (as does the Debian Perl Group) or create
another list on alioth. I would prefer the former, but the later is
better than doing nothing at all.

What do you think?
