other list

I have no problems either. The SVN commits I see as mere notifications
and I throw them away immediately and the BTS/installer messages are still
rather important.
But, it's good to move discussion stuff to debian-ruby, it gives also
more exposure to our team. Although I don't know how bothersome the
rest there would find it to be. As long as posting d-r doesn't feel
like a bother thus creating a barrier, it's fine with me too.
Maybe we should notify the d-r list?
And I can always create a new list if needed later on.
