This might not seem critical, but as suggested before on the
mailinglist, the current system of registering sources[1] in some file
that in fact always lags behind on your system or some file on the web
that must have to be kept updated.
Doing watch files will have a two fold effect.  Per source pkg you know
where to get the sources and we can check up-to-dateness of the our
stuff.

Well I normally test by doing a pdebuild, then install, library test and
a lintian check (which pdebuild doesn't do), so I can add this to my
list.

Ok, but I think we have to inventarise which package is orginally made
by who...  I don't remember it for all, anyone?  :)
