[Pkg-ruby-extras-maintainers] Package "ownership"

Ok, that leaves a few packages not updated:
libcmdparse2-ruby       -> Arnaud/
libgpgme-ruby           -> Thierry?
liblocale-ruby          -> Terceiro?
liblog4r-ruby           -> ??

Who wants to take the last one?

Not at all.  I talked about this on #debian-devel some time ago, because
the whole sectioning of Ruby stuff is quite wrong.  The interpreters
section should contain interpreters, so ruby, ruby1.8, ruby1.9.  Except
for feed2imap, which is a net(work), everything we have packaged are
libs or lib docs.  Who cares they are interpreted or not?
