    Just one question: are you sure you can't possibly break anything with the
changes in this upload?

    I'm all for all the group making changes to r-p-t, but we're somewhat
close to freeze, and the previous release was discussed and tested (for a
couple of weeks, actually) with the release managers before uploading. Has
there been extensive testing and/or code review for this release?
