[Pkg-ruby-extras-maintainers] Ruby Package Tools 0.11

Hello all,

AFAIK is r-p-t 0.11 ready to be uploaded.  I can't find anything wrong
and some tests have pointed out that nothing really changes (except for
my Hobix WIP-package).
I still have two questions though:

1. Esteban approached the Release Team about this, but there weren't
   any conclusions drawn or decisions made or have I missed it? 

2. The pkg-ruby-get-sources script uses two methods to get the URL from
   the watch-files?  First by reading it directly and later via DEHS. 
   This first method somtimes throws errors in the case of more advanced
   watch-files: 

   version=3
   http://rubyforge.org/frs/?group_id=559 .*ruby-breakpoint-(.*)\.t.*

   It triest to get /frs/ or something. IMO the DEHS file retriever is
   enough and also the most reliable.

Thoughts?
