The past few days our team has been testing the new version with a lot
of our packages and this resulted to no breakage at all (or any change
in where it installs for that matter).  Some of my packages are
depending on the fix in the CDBS classes the new version of this package
carries.  So, if there is no objection, I would like to upload it 
before tonight.
