Yes. If 'setup.rb config' finds narray, gsl-ruby is automatically
compiled with it (the HAVE_NARRAY_H macro)

I did not have an intent to write as the multi-maintainers format. I
expected Paul would/could easily rewrite the correct entry by deleting
my name in the future. I think our current consensus is that a package
belongs to a single maintainer.

I'd like ask the team, how to commit others' packages, including writing
a changelog entry, (or patches are preferred?) and how to (or how not to
) upload them.
