    I wouldn't say so. Every package has a "main" or "public" maintainer. But
I think it's better to let everyone change every package. That's one of the
advantages of being a team, from my POV.

    I think that we, as a team, should behave as a team :-) (IT Crowd,
anyone?) I would say that it's actually _good form_ to change and update
"other maintainers'" packages, as long as you talk to them first (and mostly
as a matter of not duplicating effort and coordinating, not as a matter of
asking for permission).
