general:
Please don't tag releases yourself. The one who sponsors you does the
tagging.

changelog:
changelog is clearly wrong, if it's your first upload to debian (you
should only have one version in it). Also, you don't close any ITP. Have
you filed one ? It's not mandatory (I think), but still good policy.


control / control.in:
Uploaders: <code>RUBY_EXTRAS_TEAM</code>
We are going to move off the RUBY_EXTRAS_TEAM variable soon. In the
meantime, please just put:
Debian Ruby Extras Maintainers <pkg-ruby-extras-maintainers at lists.alioth.debian.org>

Doesn't deplace has a homepage ? You could mention it in the
description.

install:
use a manpages file (for dh_installman) instead.

rules:
don't use the uploaders rule:
include /usr/share/ruby-pkg-tools/1/rules/uploaders.mk

watch:
why doesn't it work ? please add a bug number so everybody knows.
if it's just a problem with sf.net, you have to use the wrapper on
qa.d.o.

Also, there's this lintian warning:

Well, it does seem clear to me, but feel free to add this and update the
website. Also, you should consider using dch to modify the changelog.
