[DRE-maint] list of Maintainers for packages maintained inside pkg-ruby-extras

Hi Daigo, Ari and Thierry,

It looks like you are the only 3 team members who have not filled in the
Maintainers file in SVN yet[*]. As it was previously explained on the
mailing list, the file is the first step towards the removal of the
"Uploaders rule": only the co-maintainers who really care for a package
will be listed as Uploaders, instead of all team members, like
previously.

I can fill in the file for you, I just need to now:

Daigo:
 if you still want to maintain libnarray-ruby, libodbc-ruby, and
libgems-ruby ?
(libgems-ruby has quite a lot of bugs. Do you need help with those ?)

Ari:
if you still want to maintain rcov, libwww-mechanize-ruby, and
libhpricot-ruby ?

Thierry:
if you still want to maintain libcairo-ruby ?
if you still want to co-maintain libfeedparser-ruby, libsvg-ruby,
ibgpgme-ruby, liblog4r-ruby ?

All 3 of you:
if you still want to co-maintain ruby-pkg-tools ?

[*] There are others, as well, but they are never listed as maintainer,
so it's not blocking, and they can be re-added to Uploaders later if
they want to help.
