[DRE-maint] Error on Uploaders rule webpage

The Uploaders Rule page[1], says that you should use the following in
debian/control.in:

Uploaders: <code>RUBY_EXTRAS_TEAM</code>

But this should be:

Uploaders: @RUBY_EXTRAS_TEAM@
