Hi again,

Package builds and installs OK but I'm not as comfortable with it as I 
am the others I have sent.  There was a lot of funky sed magic in the 
old rules files that I didn't keep, so if you can use this one, please 
look it over carefully.  I also included a fix for #396019 
<http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=396019> because it was 
just changing the suggests to depends.  (May not even be correct given 
the new way apt deals with suggested packages?)
