[DRE-maint] please unblock libmmap-ruby and libruby-extras

Hi,

I'm writing this mail on behalf of the pkg-ruby-extras team.

It would be great if you could unblock the following packages:
libmmap-ruby:
  + new package

libruby-extras:
  + new package
  + simple dependancy package that depends on a list of commonly used
  ruby libraries
  + pet release goal of the pkg-ruby-extras team

Both of them are new and simple packages. It would be surprising if they
would break severely, and even if they did, damage would be minimal,
since they have no reverse-dependancies.

I have manually checked that both of them build and install correctly
inside etch.

I wouldn't make a fuss if you refuse to unblock libmmap-ruby.
libruby-extras would be really nice to have in etch, however.
